Insomnia Herbal Treatment Review: Valerian

Treating insomnia herbally is easy with Valerian Root. My old job had me very stressed out and I mentioned this to a friend. He suggested trying Valerian Root Extract, which I eventually did. I had tried prescription medicine but always felt kind of groggy afterward. Valerian did the trick for me.

Not only did I get more sleep, but I got better sleep and found that handling my very stressful job was much easier.
